What Are Value Home Plans?

You shouldn’t have to sacrifice quality to get a good value on a home.

Our Value Home floor plans are built to the same excellent standards as our semi-custom True Built Home floor plans, just more affordable; We streamlined and simplified the home features so they don’t include items that you may not care about. If you want to add more to your Value Home floor plan, we still offer many upgrades to choose from. Plus, our Value Home floor plans are ready to build!

If you would rather make more customizations, or make structural changes to your home plan layout, check out our semi-custom home plans at True Built Home.

Built On Your Lot

Building “on your lot” means that we only build our homes on your prepared land. We don’t build subdivisions, developments, or modular homes. This is a traditional stick-built home, built from the foundation up on your land.

There are multiple benefits of building on your lot, one being having instant equity in your new home. While we build the home itself, the site development and some other parts of the process are the responsibility of the homeowner.

Our building process helps provide families with an opportunity to build a great home at a great price. Contact us today to learn more!

FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

At this time, we are only building our Value Home floor plans around Yakima, Washington, Vancouver, Washington and Salem, Oregon. Please view our Build Area map below to see if we cover your location. Typically, we only build within 100 miles of our branch locations. Contact us to see if we build in your specific location.

No, we do not sell manufactured homes or kit homes. Our homes are traditional stick-framed homes that we build on your land. A stick framed home can provide much more quality and equity for you.

Unfortunately, we do not sell or provide land. Your best option would be to check with local realtors, or to check some online resources, like Zillow or Redfin for land options. There are websites that specialize in land only, such as https://www.landandfarm.com/, https://www.landwatch.com/, https://lotnetwork.com/, https://www.landsofamerica.com/, or https://www.landflip.com

To cut down on our costs, we do not have model homes. Many other home builders usually only show off upgrades that are not included in their pricing. If you are interested in building, we can see if one of our current projects would be available for you to look at.

Pricing is not as simple as being based on the square footage of the home, as our homes are not cookie-cutter. Some home plans are more complicated to construct, and some are easier. We try to maintain a good balance of quality construction and low pricing to pass on the savings to our customers.

If you want to add more to your Value Home floor plan, we offer many upgrades to choose from. In order to keep our costs low and our build times shorter, we don’t offer any structural changes to our Value Home floor plans.

If you would rather make more customizations, or make structural changes to your home plan layout, check out our semi-custom home plans at True Built Home.
